The Omani Charitable Organization (OCO) today dispatched a private ship with Omani aid onboard for the displaced from famine in Somalia.The ship is carrying onboard various aid amounted to more than 1000 tons of medicines, medical equipment, food stuff and shelter materials for the Somalis displaced from famine in the North of Somalia.
It is scheduled that the Omani Relief Team will head tomorrow (Sunday) to the city of Berbera to receive the aid and distribute them onto the displaced camps and the hospitals of the Northern cities of Somalia.
