Mogadishu (HOL) - Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre of the Federal Government of Somalia has named Kamaludin 'Kamal' Dahir Hassan Gutale as the new Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office.
In addition, Hamza Abdi Barre has designated Abdirisaq Ali Ibrahim as the Deputy Permanent Secretary, along with Mahad Mohamed Omar who will take on the role of Director of the Protocol Department within the Prime Minister's Office, as per the latest government circular.
These appointments occur shortly after the resignation of Muhammad Abukar Subeyr, the former Permanent Secretary, who left his position this week citing personal reasons.
