Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud presided over a meeting with the officers and commanders of the National Army Forces on Thursday to discuss the security situation in the country.President Mohamud, also the Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces, listened to a report from the National Army Command about the first phase of the liberation operation. The report pointed out that the implementation of the short-term plan would lead to the liberation of the remaining areas under al-Shabab militants.
