Jigjiga (HOL) - The police in the Somali regional state in Ethiopia announced on Tuesday that sixteen people have been arrested in connection with the killing of a young auto-rickshaw driver on the outskirts of Degehabur town in the Somali regional state.According to residents, Suldan Abdi Khalif was taken outside the town during the night, and his body was discovered last Sunday morning alongside his auto-rickshaw.
