Two dead as soldiers battle each other in Mogadishu

    Mogadishu (HOL) - Two soldiers were killed and two wounded during a gunbattle between Somali soldiers in Mogadishu's Wadajir district on Thursday, sending neighbours fleeing indoors.

    The fighting was between two sets of soldiers - and their family members - who are said to be locked in a dispute over the construction of a house on a disputed plot of land.     While the fighting has died down, residents fear clashes may break out again.

    Security officials have yet to comment on the incident.
