GAROWE (HOL) - Puntland President Abdullahi Deni has named individuals to head the newly created State Supreme Court.
According to a decree from the state presidency, Ahmed Mohamed Yusuf (Taaran) will be the chairman of the supreme court deputized by Nur Isse Mohamed.
The Court will also comprise three other judges namely Ahmed Hadi Aden Yusuf, Abdiqani Diriye Awl and Abdinasir Abdullahi Ali.
Deni also named four other individuals who will sit on the board. There are Mohamud Aden Abdulle, Abdishafi Ahmed Ali, Dahir Mohamed Nur and Hassan Abdi Elmi.
The appointments follow the changes made by Deni on Wednesday in his cabinet. The state president also replaced ministers who were recently elected as MPs.
