MOGADISHU (HOL) - A court in Mogadishu has sentenced to death a man accused of killing an autorickshaw driver in 2019 in Mogadishu.
The court found Hassan Mohamud Dhiblawe guilty of shooting dead Awil Jama who was driving an autorickshaw around the national stadium in Mogadishu on August 17 2091 and fled the scene.
The Court issued a warrant of arrest in September 2019 and in December 2021, the suspect was arrested.
The defendant has 30 days to appeal the ruling.
