Mogadishu (HOL) - The President of South West state Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen has released the names of the candidates running for the region's three remaining senate seats in the Upper House.
A total of six candidates will be vying for the final three seats.
Laftagareen announced that the election would be held on August 15.
Following Sunday's vote, the South West State of Somalia will be the second regional administration to complete the election of the Upper House of the Somali Parliament.
