Prime Minister Raila Odinga said Saturday that he will accept the outcome of the presidential results petition at the Supreme Court challenging the election of President elect Uhuru Kenyatta.

The Prime Minister outlining the electoral irregularities that informed his decision to seek legal redress at the Supreme Court said he is confident that the judicial system will give a just ruling.

Raila maintained that presidential election was not free or fair. He said the voters register was severally altered hence making it difficult to tell which one was used finally.

In a statement summarising the CORD petition the Prime Minister said the poll results as declared and recorded by the IEBC contained wide spread instances of manipulation of the returns through manipulation of Form 36 with the votes cast, and in some instances, exceeding the number of registered voters.

This he said has been recorded in areas such as Kikuyu Constituency, Juja Constituency, Chuka Constituency, Thika Constituency, Kiambaa and Limuru Constituencies.

Other areas where the valid votes cast in some constituencies reflected in Forms 36 were allegedly more than in Form 34 include Chesumei, Emngwen and Ainamoi.
