Turkish doctors are performing successful operations under poor conditions in Somalia.
Doctors working at field hospital of the Turkish Health Ministry in Somali capital of Mogadishu examine 500 patients and perform about 15 successful operations a day.
Three physicians, two general practitioners and 11 health personnel are serving at the field hospital in Dikfer region in Mogadishu.
Omer Tuna, head doctor of the hospital, told AA correspondent that they tried to utilize current possibilities there in the best way.
There were several diseases in Somalia and Somali people needed a special care, assistance and medicine, he said.
Turkish state has been extending a great support to Somalia, Tuna added.
