A man was charged tonight with murdering a teenager who was stabbed to death in a flat in south-east London, police said.
Faridon Alizada, 18, from Bexley, south-east London, was one of three teenagers attacked in Verona House, a tower block in Erith, early on Saturday morning.
Lee James, 32, of no fixed abode, will appear before Bexley Magistrates' Court tomorrow accused of his murder, Scotland Yard said.
James was also charged with one count of wounding a 16-year-old boy.
Faridon died from three stab wounds to the chest, a post-mortem examination revealed.
He was the second teenager to be stabbed to death this year after Henry Bolombi, 17, was killed in Edmonton, north London, on New Year's Day as he returned home from celebrating in the capital.
Last year 27 teenagers were murdered in the London area.
