Many of the people fleeing famine and political instability in places like Sudan and Somalia end up in refugee camps like Dadaab in Northern Kenya, one of the largest in the world: more than a quarter of a million people live there. Some are desperate to travel further and find a new life without the hardship of home. America was a favoured destination – until Donald Trump introduced his immigration ban.
