I don’t think TFG tamed these folks, but I suspect something must have happened before TFG took shape in Nairobi. I wonder if the World community threatened them with some kind of menace if they didn’t participate. Qanyare is quoting the charter often on a daily basis, how come he didn’t opt out?

He got the nickname originally “Shar Cas” from Northwest Somalia where he was stationed as a NSS interrogating prisoners. He used wear red shirts and the prisoners not knowing his name called him Shar Cas, which translates Shatigudud in Bay region. He study law and was a judge in the military regime.
