FiqiJin @ 5/16/2020 4:43 PM EST  Some of that money plus more help from Somalia's friends should be used to reroute Shabelle and Jubbah Rivers from running through Baledwayne and other towns! I believe that is the best option in order to avoid a yearly disastrous flooding! You can't have these rivers snaking though these places given the climate change effect of seasonal Monsoons now evident in the Horn of Africa!
