Nothing of substance that will help Somalia to reclaim their soverneighty and territorial integrity.
On the contrary President Hassan signed off on the continuation of the status quo: the presence of foreign troops in the country, including Kenyans who after crossing the borders put on AMISOM shirts.

Instead of stating that Somalia would like foreign troops to go back to their countries as soon as Somalia is capable looking after her national security, he is asking that AMISOM mandate be unconditionally extended. On an earlier ocassion President Hassan asked for more troops.

It was also a music to the ear of President Kapaki when President Hassan uttered the dread word 'Alqeda', describing the Alshabaab who are from all accounts Somali Youth with handful of foreigners.
