baghdad bob @ 9/29/2016 12:15 PM EST  Joint US and Somali officials need to investigate this serious occurrence and find out if renegade members of puntland are setting the international community effort to destroy shabab for failure. If found guilty then they must handover the culprits involved in this incident for prosecution. Going forward, designated trained officials must be used in providing proper and reliable information and puntland must desist from their formation of a parallel state to the somali government which is apparently detrimental to the fight against shabab and above all the formation of a working government in somalia.
