When you have gangs acquiring better weapons than national army and you want the army to liberate the country with stick and a smile, then what the likely outcome from that scenario? before the excuse was that we were in transition to become nation again, well now, we are a free nation and we are even leading the region in to peace and prosperity, and yet we cannot make a basic decision beyond AK-40-Halimo. How are going to defeat devil then? or is the security council blind? This is a responsible country with a super-responsible government and SC is holding our legs. This is the only reason between law and order and continuous chaos.
