Well-done article. I believe we lost our way and values when we lost our religion. With true and strong Islamic government, no body would dare to do such a heinous thing to a woman or man for that matter. And no god-fearing person would shield his clan man if he commits such an act. Let us all one by one come back to our faith.

Death penality, castration (chemical or otherwise) and Se* Offender Registry perhaps highlighting the tribal affliation of the rapist should be strong deterrents.

I applaude the message of this beautiful article, and I also believe this president's feelings and vision are more power than the previous presidents of Somalia.
The president needs hand and help from all Somalis to succeed, without help and determination Somalia will NEVER come out of the deep coma.

This president might be moving at a snails pace but his approach might just prove to be the most effective for Somalia.
