ismaaciil @ 8/12/2014 3:34 PM EST  because he is genuinely true Somali and not a tribalist like Abdi Warsame, Noor deserves to become the first Somali-American elected to the state Legislature. He will defeat the fellow Democrat lady easily. Abdi Warsame, the first Somali elected as a member in Minneapolis City Council can support Kahn's re-election because she helped him a lot. Now he is mobalizing his MJ sub-clan members in Ceder area to vote for Kahn. That is okay. His people should not threaten other clean Somalis who don't support each other because of clan membership. The rest of Somalis and non-Somali voters will elect Noor because he is soft-speaking, talented and has clean heart. Firts chance given will define his acheivement.
