leadership! HSM couldn't even work with his every 6
month new prime minister!

I can tell you here in Mogadishu, people hold their
noses on Hassan Sheikh presidency! Good riddance!

Finally, you are opening your eyes.
Let me tell you that Farmajo is the one responsible
for Al Sheydan becoming stronger, he is the
one who dismantled our Intelligence Agency
and working for Qatar and with Al Sheydan.

Let me also correct you it was former president
Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud government to set up the financial
control system, former minister Hussein Halane did
a very good job, if someone is corrupt the last thing that
he or she does is to put control system in place.
Let me also refresh your memory all previous governments
contributed to reach where we are. There was no national plan,
no budget and financial report submitted timely to the Parliament
before Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud government.

Former president Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud government took
our maritime boundaries case to the ICJ and we
won the first round. The Turkish academy is also one
of the projects started during his term. Before
he came to office the training of our army was conducted abroad in
different countries.

 May the Allah -the Almighty Wase the about-be reported life and wealth losses of the terror incident. It is a sad reality that this kind of intentional negligence exists in what is supposed be a very simple security procedure.
