secular @ 5/8/2023 9:12 PM EST  That's not true. Like in the case of Berbera and DP World, SNM has the approval of Hassan Sheikh. They have all legal documents signed by HSM because he's part of the deal with Ismail Guelleh and Bihi. Don't believe in fake news!
