Very interesting? What the 'PRESIDENT' OFFICE' has to do with signing Contracts with Oil Companies? Where is the Ministry in charge of Natural Resources? Where is the Minister of Information? Could it be that the fraudulent Oil Contracts signed with predatory Oil tycoons and criticized by SEMG was previously managed by the President Office?
