I agree with number of things M. Uluso mentioned in his article such as:The UNDP's operational division of Somalia into states, the paragraph 19th about macroeconomic policies and above all the quotation of Imam Abu Muhammad As you concluded in your article, the solution depends on the Somali Nationalists.We need to focus on our common interest and put aside our differences.
