The first priority is to defeat Alshabaab.The next step should be safe guarding the life of ordinary Somalis in south central Somalia.The third step 4 this government is to integrate all Somali forces into one command. Then maybe then is time to talk about National resource.     sonofsomalia @ 10/8/2013 11:11 AM EST  It looks like the clan worshippers are in arms, as they felt clan allegiance meant oil windfall. Keep on worshipping your idol god, Somalia has one president, one government and definitely one capital, there is nothing your clan idol can do about that.
