wiifgarow @ 3/19/2017 11:42 AM EST  Not a beep from Farmajo though. I suppose he wants to keep Riyadh onside in his fiendish plan to weaken Somaliland. Funny how he welcomes Turkey to build military base in Mogadishu but strongly objects to UAE building one in Berbera.
