Wiil Isxaaq @ 4/13/2019 1:25 PM EST  Zoomalians are trained to shoot at their own ppl by foreigners who do not value them. It is become a culture to send a Zoomalian official with a gun into a crowd and he will just create a bloodbath. Normal countries have their service officers covering civilians, even if they r putting their lives in danger.
