From the strictly business point of view, it makes no sense to trade/barter something for something of a lesser value!
Without being arrogant, I sense that our new VP cannot handle all this herd that, not being accountable to him, will inevitably dance to tunes of their sponsor, Mr Hassan, when .....egos clash (unless "YES BOSS" solves the problem and saves the viceroy-ship )!
Rajo waa meesheeda, though "hope is the last thing to die" and we could end up disappointed to the point of shedding tears for the sleeping guy!

Do Somalis never learn? First there was the claim that the Saacid administration was useless and were clamouring for him to be replaced, but now it turns out that an even worse cabinet full of failed ministers and MPs has been selected. It is a classic case of be careful what you wish for.

There is nothing gutsy about the president trying to replace Tarzan as the governor of Mogadishu by naming him deputy minister for sports without even having the courtesy to inform him first and his replacement will be ..... surprise, surprise a member of the president's sub-clan Abgaal.

Some Somali people like one step forward and ten steps backwards and we end up in a never ending loop.

Secular, was it right to replace the Saacid administration with an even more incompetent and bloated cabinet ministers from the past?

The only gutsy move President Hassan did since taking office is to replace Tarzan.

 The new VP needs at least a couple of weeks of rest: he is already tired, before chairing the first meeting of his "dictated cabinet".
It looks the "tap on the shoulder" came at a premium and the options on the table were not many.
"Gari laba kama wada qosliso" and if you include one, you have to exclude another.
I don't envy the VP, at all and in all seriousness.

 Momo, lets be honest here, HOL is not censuring you, basically there are true Somali patriots who have genuine issue with the cabinet, but then there are those like you and slanders, who would complain whether he selects small capable or bloated incapable cabinet. In short your kind relishes in the misery of Somali Republic.
