 "An autopsy must be conducted to confirm the cause of his death. A report containing this information will be presented once the body is returned to Somalia.
I believe the surgery was misinterpreted, and the family was misinformed," said the defense minister.
The pictures circulated are compatible with "autopsy". It's not "Surgery". Does the minister know if "autopsy" was officially performed on the corpse?

 If organs are missing there are questions to be answered.
Any organ removed and found in the pathology lab of the hospital
must be tested by DNA to confirm that they belong the deceased
or not. Who authorized the autopsy? Is autopsy mandatory in Uganda?
