Waan ku salaamay  Gacaliye. You are right, and the most basic human needs for survival must be met before anything else and that is what we need to focus on. But the fact of the matter is, we are bankrupt of honest and selfless leaders who are able to transfer our country and its people from foreign/clan dependency to independent self-confident forward thinking society  in which candidates  are selected(any government post) for their qualifications and qualities and not for their clan/political affiliations.  
Oil and other mineral resources? I will keep my fingers crossed that we find them at the right time when we can protect them from all evil doers within and outsiders.

 I firmly believe Somalia needs a stable and democratic government for its oil and gas potential to be tapped. In fact, Somalia already has a proven gas reserve but the reserve is not large enough for a commercial enterprise.
Second, the data shows Nogal and near Buran, Sanaag, has highly prospective source of oil reserves..

No certainly not, I am not a geologist and I never claimed to be one although I have studied something similar that involves digging as well as activities in the lab but that is bye the bye. The point is, what you see is what you get and we haven’t or shall I say I haven’t seen in my eyes and I haven’t read it in anywhere about any oil that was literally found in anywhere in maryooley land unless you have the evidence to prove me wrong.

 Somalia has the largest underground water reserves in africa so Iam more woried about
these so-called oild companies to couse enviromental disaster while they are looking
for oil. These companies are not more then those indivitual that you watch
on National Geografic Channel. The program is called The Black Gold where private
companies ( 5-7) people search oil in Texas and Arizona. Somebody tell this crazy Faroole
to stay away from these activities or the entire Eastern Somalia may become uninhabitable
if these companies damage the fresh water in underground.

Of course I know that we were all eyes as time went by and the drilling got deeper and deeper and some of us felt disappointed but we shouldn’t lose hope.
