The incident took place in a police camp outside bossaso. The president of puntland sent a fact-finding team to this particular police camp and the bodyguards of the head of the unit had a misunderstanding which eventually led to the skirmishes and it all lasted for 30 min or less. incidents like this happen all the time and the situation is resolved.
