The election of Farmaajo was not transformational.

The election did not bring unity.

The election brought an administration built on lies.

"Igu sawir" has become a symbol of this failed administration.

Another 4 wasted years.

 It's long overdue.

Citizen do not have to accept the decisions of the president, parliament or any government officials at federal or local level; citizens only have to follow the law.

Only the law is sovereign. That's how it works. No one is above the law.

Individuals are susceptible to abuse of power and the law is there to limit such bad behaviour.

Somali Federal Parliament or the National Leadership Forum, which itself is not a legal entity but moving on, cannot make judgement in these cases for many reasons, including conflict of interest, but importantly because they are not legal arbiter.

If you have lived in a country where impunity is a way life, you think law are do not mean anything.

Only the Supreme Court can make the final decision of what is legal or illegal.

This is why it is very important that president Farmajo defends the independence of the judiciary.

Even Somalis who don't know B T know that you can't reject the judgement of the highest court in the country.

One man alone cannot make big changes, but he can lead others to make big changes.

Great leadership is about strong character, vision and influencing others.

We've seen Farmaajo is a strong character with a vision, but he has to put that vision into practice and influence others to follow that vision.

I am not a business expert, but doesn't peace and stability allow business to prosper?

Businesses, especially big businesses, tend to prefer peace and stability, so what is problem here?

The only problem for businesses I see is that they will have to pay more taxes, but they will make more money because of a bigger opportunity and more stable environment thanks to the government.

Businesses should be seeing this as a godsend.

The only ones who should fear this are those who do illegal actions and war profiteers.

Businesses who practice illegal activities will fear laws which fight corruption and funding of illegal activities such as terrorism and extremism.

The biggest challenge facing Farmajo Government and the only way to make progress: To end impunity

Let there be no doubt that unless impunity is ended, the government's efforts will be in futile.

The rejection of the judgement by Somali Supreme Court, the funding of terrorism and extremism by businesses, MPs going awol from their parliamentary and meeting foreign entities in a collusion to overthrow the government, all have one thing in common: Impunity

The Federal Parliament has flagrantly broke the law and pretty much said they are the law.

MPs, businesses and all who benefit from the lawless status quo don't want to respect the law because it strips away their ability to do what ever they like.

Don't shoot me on the foot.

Who could disagree most this article's content, however in the process of trying to find solution for an age-old problem of terror funding the writer forgot the importance of remittance and the steps the ministry of finance took already to remedy international concerns.

Remittance is so transparent today that all international partners accept the progress.
