This is indeed a second chance to Somali statehood similar of which we are unlikely to see again. The world has embarked a period of dramatic changes, so we cannot afford to miss this opportunity, our people have suffered enough upheaval, so this is the end of that chapter. Please make it a non-imposing, helpful conference, and tell the world that this government represents the whole country and led by wisemen. All financial restrictions imposed on our banks must be lifted to have a meaningful economy, anyone in doubt let them present their concerns.
