Follow these steps: In order to be a good citizen you must be on alert, and be the eyes and ears of the city and country. In order to be a good citizen cooperate with police and the government officals. In order to be a good citizen don't depend everything on the local enforcement, and if there is a crime be vilginate and you will get reward from Allah in the after for saving lives, and being quiet to the situation is not good and it's step forward, and the problem with Mogadishu is that the citizens and the government are to blame for their laziness and acting cowardly, and the people of Mogadishu are cowards for not standing up those hoodlums algaybab, Be more like Somaliland and back in August an attack was foiled in Hargeisa thanks to the loyal citizens. Condeming these attacks and give messages won't solve the problem, everytime that's tragedy happens in Mogadishu the government condemns and nothing is done and you the people of Mogadishu have to prove if guys wont peace or if you guys wont to a civil war.
