Before he become a president, he used to run an NGO in Mogadishu; he would go to the Gulf States and receive a shipload "dates' as donations to the Somalia poor! According to his own people, he sold the donations for profit! Don't simply take my word for it; see it for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEzDRSGTavI&t=422s Of course, as a president, his corruption is legendry! Soldiers at the frontline were not safe from his grafting.
