Puntiland calls this paddle a dam, so it must be a dam.

What excellence you people. Even a seven year old who find play at the rainy season with twig could come up with better pool that this and they call it a dam!!

Sustainable economic development demand long term thinking a a measurable advancement to the economic well-being, and not a picture postcard, in this card juvenile picture.

We expected more than this after years of self rule of Puntiland and Somaliland.
