 Zami,

I can only imagine! Countries like Djabuti, Somalia should've been the UAEs of Africa...but nooo, thanks to corruption.
That is why I chose not to visit neither of those countries. I will visit Kenya, maybe Ethiopia, Tanzania etc, but no to Somali-lands!

 Darvesh,

You want to see corruption head to Djibouti. You will see massive mansions with high walls besides neighbourhoods with homes made out of mud and tin.

@Darvesh, your hometown either lacks basic education or you never bothered to attend because you are busy insulting Somalis. I say that because $1.70 is not what we pay in North America. In fact, it is about half that in most places. So, time for some basic/elementary education for you. or even special education!

Djabuti at $1.70? That is almost what we pay in the U.S.!!
Djabuti is as big as my neighborhood, with a population of the Walmart Shoppers in my community, a Navy post for handful of countries, and it cannot even fix its economy!
I always bash Somalis in Somalia for being useless and not being able to run a country as big as one state in the U.S., but Djabutians are out there too.

Djabuti, the country is not bigger than my home-town, USA...We have a Mayor, 8 city councils that run it and god, is it a beautiful city...Djabuti in the other hand is hell on earth, second to none other than Somalia.
