The Lamu Port-South Sudan-Ethiopia Transport (LAPSET) project is aimed at undermining and economically crippling the Sudan Republic while at the same time empowering Chrisitan-ruled Southern Sudan, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Kismayo is part of that scheme.
