Zami @ 11/4/2014 1:46 PM EST  Djibouti central bank is controlled by France, which charges Djibouti interest on its holdings. Totally un-islamic. Somalias' central bank is controlled by Somalis'. In the future IMF, World Bank and Britian will try to gain control over Somalis' finances to control the country and crash the economy. The only countries that control their own finances are Somalia, Iran, Russia, China thats it.
