They do not have money since printing fake money in order to rich themselves and now they started to sell their kids to ISIS and they used to be pirate land.Puntiland is mafia land and Somali goverment should put their control.

I feel sorry for the parents of the abducted or brain washed children. Puntland regional government's president Abdiweli is busy undermining the Federal government instead of addressing the crucial issues at his regional government.
