His time and courageous intervention has saved potentials thousands of lives not only in Somalia but the world because the enemy didn't care national borders, once they chewed the Somalia bones they would have done to other Africans and beyond. Sop for that alone Mr Museveni deserves a respect and anything he says is only for the good of the people, meaning no harm whatsoever.
