I am not sure Muslims consider J to be totally human. We do believe Maryam was a virgin "lam yamsasnii basharun walam Akun Baghiyah". Either way there is no resaon why we should celebrate Xmas. We never did in our history so no need to strat now. We can however, be generous and respectful to our Christian neighbours who welcomed us totheir countries by perhaps offering them gifts, saying kind words, cooking a meal for them or just being civil and saying "Merry Xmas" to them. My salafi friends told me all of these things are forbidden. But then they forbid us celebrating our own Prophet's birthday so hardly surprising. Me thinks they just dont like celebrations or happiness
