He highlights problems he sees in the city. No one know how many people live in Somalia and now one knows the inhabitants of any city in Somalia. But of course the city has changed for the last 20+ years. All the problems he listed are not unique to Hargeisa. It was just one half month ago that i visited Hargeysa and i can't estimate even half of million people living that dust city. There are full of corruption, mismanagement, nepotism and clan-based system. As soon they found out that you accent is different from them, then everything changes automatically. They rise their voice and they even ask you stupid questions. So-called Somaliland is far from to get recognition from international community. The reasons are followings. 1- there is no strong political reasons 2- there is no language difference 3- there no religion different 4- there is no cultural difference. So, international community will charge and take account all these above stated aspects.
