If indeed it si within last coupel years where is the money? What was it spent on? I hope Somalis wioll ask these question. Topclan, Webi Shabelle where are you? Merging Somaliland with petty squabbles within Somalia regions and depicting as juist another region, is insulting and misleading. It is noted they had input from Mogadshu, Qatar and Puntland but not from Somaliland or DP World or UAE.
