I think unless eastern people understand, the Mogadishu and the South in general and your problem and interlinked and until all resources are pooled and the common denominator is identified and pursued, this vicious circle will continue. Why are the experts not either coming up with new tactics ahead of the game, or finding these devils red-handed and publicly putting them in court, or is it a case of people on a sinking ship and no-one think of other but own safety? Minds have to work and wheel and cogs of brains have to function to produce lasting solution. Innocents in Xamarweene as well.
