abdul a @ 11/24/2017 3:21 AM EST  Incompetent and innept security personnel, coupled with a general wariness and fear in Mogadishu, is what's causing all the confusion, 'mistaken shootings' and insecurity in the capital. After all the years in power, its hard to imagine or expect any future stability, improvement in security and/or political progress from a government which can not even protect its own Ministers and MPs.
