They give you a bit then they give you marching orders if you want the rest. We need to get the oil flowing so we can get these vultures away from Somalia. What concerns me most is our central bank. The IMF & World Bank currently sit on a financial management board for Somalia. The IMF was actively involved in destroying Somali institutions. For loans they made 80% of Somali civil servants unemploymed. They are one of the reasons institutions collapsed before the civil war. Now they sit on a financial management board giving advice to Somalia. What a joke. We need a new currency controlled by Somalis' not by international banking gangsters.
