He is happy that Al-Shabaab is defeated but not happy that Kenya is occupying more Somali territory. How hard is it to understand?

I think that there should be no foreign troops in Somali in two years time maximum. In the meantime, there must not be Kenyan Or Ethiopian troops in Somalia who have a clear conflict of interest.

Mr PM, you can’t have your cake and eat it too. In other words, what you want are two things that are opposite one another. You cannot have both. You want Kenya to fight alshabaab but you don’t want its forces to be in Somali soil, how does that work in the real world?
