Rebuilding the port of Berbera and enhancing it's operational capabilities is a good news for the Somali people. But the DP World and Dubai will be remembered among those who are striving to further the Divide of the Somali people by signing unilateral long term deals with Regional run-away states. I don't think that today's DP World deal will still be around after a couple years because the Somalis won't be standing divided that long.
