This is indeed the most corrupt government Somalia
had after the civil war. A government that
dismantled the parliamentary finance committee
because it was performing its duty. This audit report
corroborates the findings of the illegally dismantled
Parliamentary committee.

It is obvious, the unaccounted funds have
been used for bribery, Amin Amir and other social
media propaganda team, the Waddaniyiin, some MPs,
some religious groups and some traditional chiefs to
mention few.

Former president Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud was the
one who worked on institution building
and during his tenure we had the best Finance
Minister Mr. Hussein Halane, a high calibre experienced.
Unfortunately, he was not given the opportunity to finalise
the systems that he had put in place.

Those Ugandishu ppl are loaded with corruption money.

When they bomb their business competition, you will see the builders quickly move in to build real state and hotels.

Not even the USA can build that quickly. No red tape, planning applications, just get the money and re-build.
