abdul a @ 5/17/2017 3:56 AM EST  With the billions of aid money coming , from all over the world, in to his administration, president Formaggio is at cross-roads: either strive to up-lift his quasi helpless and, among other things, war and famine stricken people or squander this massive financial aid through the usual fake, nebulous and supposedly progressive programs that only exist on paper, amass all the 'fortunes' he can while he is the  president and, then, - hightail it to Buffalo, NY?. History will, indeed, tell!
